It's Time You Know About My Noodle Soups Addiction

Beef Stew Rice Noodles Soup

I always have a love for noodles especially in soups.  Ever since I was a little girl, I love slurping some chewy and tender noodles along with a rich soup broth.  Maybe it was because I grew up in Hong Kong where noodle shops are so readily accessible.  You can probably find one in every corner.  I crave it ALL the time.  It doesn't matter if it's 100 degrees out, I can eat this every day.  If I have a choice, I probably eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner (not at all unusual if you live in Asia).  Nothing beats a good bowl of rich broth, some meaty goodness and spicy condiment along with some perfectly cooked noodles.  It's hard to pick a favorite, but I'm particularly fond of the Vietnamese rice noodles also known as pho and Japanese ramen.  Just so you know, those noodles are only my favorites in noodle soups; but not my favorite noodle without soup.  My favorite noodle dish without soup is probably Chinese pan-fried noodles.  As to the non-Asian noodles, I love spaghetti, but amongst all the shapes of pasta; my ultimate favorite is pappardelle.

As many of you may share the love of taking photos of your meals so you can put them on the various social media sites for your friends to get a glimpse of a day in your eating life.  I too started taking pictures of almost every meal I eat out.  I don't always post it, but I still take the pictures anyhow.  I recently realized after my weekly dance class, I often crave a bowl of noodle soup.  I started looking through some of the food photos on my phone, and these are pictures of all the noodles soup I've had recently.  I thought it's time I let everyone know about my noodle soups addiction.  As I put this post together, I'm literally salivating!  I'd love to stay and chat, but I must go and get my fix.   I hope you enjoy these, and go have a bowl of your favorite today!
